Faculty and Staff Group X

Workout classes are designed for colleagues to move and get stronger together.

The purchase of a Rec membership or access pass is required to participate in all workout programs. A Group X Basic or Plus unlimited workout pass is required, *unless otherwise designated. With your Rec access and workout pass, you have access to Group X classes in addition to faculty- and staff-only classes.

Workout Descriptions

F45 (FUNCTIONAL 45) is a team-based workout focused on motivation, innovation, and results. With the combination of technology and in-person coaching, groups of participants will complete a functional movement station together and rotate through a different circuit every single class.

VIRTUAL FITNESS

YOGA, GENTLE is a practice that meets you wherever you're at. Relieve tightness and link movement to controlled breath as you work through each posture and increase body awareness, flexibility, and concentration. Classes will be conducted in a hybrid model, in person and through Zoom. You will receive a link via email after registering for your class.

GENTLE YOGA AND MEDITATION focus on linking movement with breath and additional time in the beginning and end of class to focus on centering mind and body through guided breathing and meditation. Classes will be conducted through Zoom. You will receive a link via email after registering for your class.

PILATES YOGA FUSION pairs Pilates-based exercises with yoga practice. This class will enhance muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance while centering your mind and reducing stress. Classes will be conducted through Zoom. You will receive a link via email after registering for your class.
