Gain the strength and agility of a ninja warrior! This cardio and strength class teaches participants how to safely and correctly apply techniques in order to improve strength, speed, and coordination.
Who can attend?
Open to all children between seven and ten years old.
When and where are the lessons, and how long do they last?
Sessions last four weeks. Lessons take place on Sundays, 10:30–11:30 a.m. in the Student Recreation Center Mat Room 47.
How do I register?
Registration will begin on September 10. Complete a registration form and pay at the Rec Service Center.
