Webfoot CrossFit® Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for 8th to 12th graders. The program incorporates age-appropriate weightlifting, agility, and high intensity training to help teens physically feel their best and develop a lifelong love for fitness. Certified CrossFit® trainers will work with participants to increase flexibility, strength, and power in a fun and supportive environment. All workouts are scalable and teens of all athletic ability are encouraged to attend!
Who can attend?
Open to all teens between 13 and 17 years old.
When and where are the lessons, and how long do they last?
Sessions last four weeks. Lessons take place on Saturdays, 10:15–11:00 a.m. in the Student Recreation Center Fitness Factory (Room 50).
How do I register?
Complete a registration form and pay at the Rec Service Center.
