Bio: Trish was born and raised in Southern California. She received her BA in political science from UC San Diego, where she also held her first professional positions in campus recreation working with the Knock Around Camp programs and rec classes.
Her journey at the UO started in 2014, when she was hired to be the first assistant director for youth and family programs. She is proud that the Duck Trails camps she started continue to have a positive impact on UO families and the Eugene community.
Trish is passionate about providing exceptional student experiences and ensuring that PE and Rec fosters an inclusive, welcoming environment.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, stand-up paddle boarding, reading a good book with a cup of coffee, and watching or playing sports.
Trish earned her MS degree in Recreation Management from California State University, East Bay and EdD in Postsecondary Educational Leadership from Portland State University.
