Olympic Lifting

Focus on technique and building strength in the two Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. These two barbell movements show up in many CrossFit WOD’s and here is a chance for additional practice and expert coaching. Sessions will include specific mobility exercises, technique drills and lifting to increase explosive power.
