About EmpowerU Camps

EmpowerU is a week long immersion experience where middle school-aged girls are encouraged to step outside of their comfort zone, take healthy risks, and develop self-confidence in a supportive community. While exploring their own identities and values, campers will find their voice and learn skills and strategies to navigate the unique challenges that adolescent girls face.
