Duck Fitness

Rain or shine, Ducks are on the move. PE and Rec supports this activity through a variety of classes including Group X and Webfoot CrossFit®, individual and group training, faculty and staff workouts, and customized fitness sessions. The majority of our fitness programming requires a Rec Center membership or access pass.

Group eXercise offers workout sessions for drop-in participation including cycling, yoga, barre strength, TRX, Pilates, Zumba, and more.
