About No-School Day Camps

Give your child something to do on non-school days in Eugene with these Duck Trails day camps. Children will learn through fun activities while making new friends and gaining confidence.


Who can attend?

Open to all children between five and eleven years old.


When is the camp and how long does it last?

A one-day camp during the winter will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024.

The session will be from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

No before or after care will be offered.


What activities will take place?

The programming of this camp will be the same as the classic camp. Kids will participate in activities throughout the Rec Center including:

  • Swimming
  • Arts and crafts
  • Rock climbing (Fridays only)
  • Global kids
  • Camp games
  • Sports
  • Special events

Registration opens on Thursday, January 4, at noon. You can register on RecWeb or register in person at the Welcome Desk.


What if my preferred session is full?

To be added to the waitlist, please email ducktrails@uoregon.edu with the camp(s) and session(s) you want, as well as your child's name, birthdate, and an emergency contact phone number.

Cost of attendance is the estimated cost to attend the UO for the academic year. The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships provides estimates for cost of attendance information that goes beyond tuition and fees, and includes: living expenses (housing and food), books/supplies/equipment, transportation, and miscellaneous personal expenses.
