I consider it a tremendous privilege to coach, teach, and share my passion for fitness at the University of Oregon. Every time I walk into the Rec Center, I get excited and feel fortunate that I get to teach my students in such an amazing facility.  

It is my philosophy to help all students discover the strength and incredible power they have within themselves to face challenges head on and achieve things in the gym and in life that they never thought possible. My goal in every class is to create a community of people who encourage and support each other as they bond over the challenges of a difficult workout. I believe this community support carries over into their everyday lives and makes the world a better place. 

I have three incredible children and I love to watch them grow, learn, play, and become amazing human beings. I enjoy doing this every day
