Biography

Sabrina has an MA in physical education and sport psychology. Her teaching credentials include teaching kinesiology at California State University–Chico for 22 years and teaching physical education at Butte Community College for 26 years. She has been teaching health club group fitness since 1983.

Teaching at the UO: Aerial Silk Yoga, Core and Stretch, Body Sculpting, Cycle, Yoga, Kickboxing.

Sabrina has always loved working out with and coaching groups. It’s been a huge part of her life since her first job in a health club at age 17. Being able to pass on knowledge and motivation to students and facilitate them earning the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle always puts a smile on her face.

Sabrina has been married since 1992 and loves foraging the mountains near their home for edible berries, mushrooms, and other beneficial plants. They also garden, and cook most of their meals at home. Sabrina and her husband have traveled the world and now are happy to spend time building their house and enjoying nature.
