Rock District

The rock wall is 30 feet in height with more than 2,800 square feet of top-rope and lead climbing. With a bouldering wall, events, challenges, and lessons, we offer something for every level of climbing. All participants must pass a basic safety check before climbing.

Belay Lessons

Learn how to use the ropes in this one-hour instructional belay class. It includes all information needed to pass the belay test at the Rock District. No prior climbing experience needed. Offered Monday through Thursday at 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00 p.m.

Cost of attendance is the estimated cost to attend the UO for the academic year. The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships provides estimates for cost of attendance information that goes beyond tuition and fees, and includes: living expenses (housing and food), books/supplies/equipment, transportation, and miscellaneous personal expenses.
